4th Street Gym
The 4th Street Gym is conveniently located in downtown Rochester, next to the Family Y.
The gym was founded in 1997 on 4th Street SW before moving to its current location.
Our trainers have had decades of experience and have produced national amateur champions as well as world-ranked professional boxers.
